Earth...
"Feel the shifting sands of time."
- Kneel before the creator,
- Mother Earth.
- Bow 3 times.
- Beat a drum or sticks,
- hear the distant echoes of life.
- Stand up and spin 33 times counterclockwise,
- upon stopping, place feet firmly on ground,
- Feel the shifting sands of time beneath your feet.
- (advanced-repeat 33 spins each morning noon & night.)
Air...
"the wind will blow away our sorrows."
Relax, breathe in the spirit of change.
- Slowly breathe in thru nose to count of 4.
- Hold for count of 7.
- Relax.
- Breath out slowly thru mouth to count of 8.
- Relax.
- Repeat 4 times, chanting,
"the wind will blow away our sorrows."
* Ring the chimes & bells of freedom.
* Light some insense & blow some bubbles.
* Watch your sorrow's float away.
Fire...
"Let the fire burn away our desire for things of this World."
- Stand up & stretch, reach for the sky.
- Dance like a flickering flame.
- Look deep into a mirror, reflect upon yourself.
- Reflect upon others.
- Who have you been? Who will you be?
- Jump up & down for joy.

Water...
"Feel the flow,
let the waters cleanse your
body & purify your soul."
- Lie down, close your eyes
imagine you're floating
on a vast, endless sea.Floating, floating, floating.
Sit up, anoint your head,
gently sip the pure waters of life.
