Text fields are where the information
will be inserted into the applet. Simply place the desired round
number into the correct text field.
(2) Continue button
This button is used to start the
calculations. When this buttons is pressed the information from the
text filed will be collected and the calculations will take place.
Once done the information and answer will be placed at point 3. From
there you can read the answer.
(3) Display area
The display area will display zero's
until you enter the information into the text fields and press continue.
(4) Radio Buttons
Radio buttons are used to change
the function of the calculator and what value it will determine.
The default active button is Kenetic Energy, to change what the
calculator will do, simple click on the desired task.
Known Problems
.
The Beta versions of Netscape 4.0
and Microsoft's Internet Explorer may not run the applet correctly.
You may get errors as "Number Value to large" and end up with values that
are hopelessly large or impossible. To prevent this problem please
use one of the non-beta versions of the browser. This should eliminate
the problem and the applet will run well from there on end.
