Applet runs in a window;
Applet now has the same "look" in Netscape
and Mircosoft Internet Explorer;
Help and About menu items were added;
Added a few components to the menu,
making it easier to insert information;
Added the ability to change what value
the calculator would find;
Changed the answer to a floating point.
Meaning that the applet will now display the decimal points.
