This site contains a Java KeneticEnergy
Calculator... This site is for those that want to calculate the amount
of Kenetic Energy that is in their arrows when released. This information
is useful to determine how much kick the arrow will have when hitting the
game or target. More Kenetic Energy means more penetration, thus showing
the importance of having a balance between arrow weight and arrow speed.

Note:
That Kenetic Energy is reduced as the arrows slows down. The Kenetic Energy
indicated is when the arrow is released.
