Who are the Imagine That! Players? |
| The Imagine That! Players are a youth-run children's theatre group. Formerly known as the Alliance Children's Theatre, the Imagine That! Players became a semi-independent, non-profit organization in cooperation with their adult counterpart, the Alliance Theatre. The Imagine That! Players have members as young as 6 years old and as old as 17. The organization is entirely run by the youths that perform on stage. What is the age range of the Imagine That! audience? |
| Imagine That! shows are targeted towards children 2to 11 years of age. Plays are usually based on common fairytales and children's stories that are enjoyed by all. Children under 2 are admitted FREE! For the adult audience, check out the Alliance Theatre and their schedule of upcoming shows. |
How do I join the Imagine That! Players? |
How old do I have to be to join the Imagine That! Players? |
| The Imagine That! Players have actors and actresses as young as 6 years old and as old as 17. There is no age requirement to be an Imagine That! Player. Generally, all Full Members are age 14 or older, all Associate Members are age 8-13, and all Junior Members are under 8 years of age. All three levels of membership have somewhat different rules and requirements that are listed by the Imagine That! Players Rules and Regulations document. |
What's the admission for an Imagine That! show? |
| All Imagine That! shows are $6 per person. Children two and under are admitted free of charge. Group rates are available. For more information, contact the Alliance Theatre box office at (203) 932-7085. |
Can I have a birthday party or bring a scout troupe to an Imagine That! show? |
