"The Community Chatroom Experience in
Woodbrook"
A group of lesbians and gays meets weekly, since Wednesday 30
June 1999, for stimulating conversation and discussion. The
group comprises persons who share an interest in same-gender
relationships and to meet and socialise with other gay people.
The group meets for the benefit of self-development to grow
individually, and collectively as a 'community.'
Participants voice opinions, share skills and exchange ideas.
This weekly 'chatroom' offers a safe environment and a
forum to experience and respect difference.
