Brief Description

After a driving lesson with Meg, Peter crashes into the City's satellite dish causing the whole City to lose Tv for a short period of time. In fear of getting into crap with the whole city, Peter bribes Meg to take the blame, if she does, Peter will buy Meg a car. The next day Meg gets more unpopular and picked on for crashing into the satellite dish. Meanwhile Peter goes through harsh withdrawal from Tv and later goes crazy. From the withdrawal, Peter make a cardboard frame tv to make it look like his life is a tv.

What did Stewie do? Invented a weather controlling device to destroy all broccoli and vegatables on Earth.
