Lotus Notes technology. Assisted Helpdesk support, new user setup, PC and
Macintosh hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Implemented completely redundant e-mail setup with
multiple servers utilizing the latest Lotus Notes SMTP technology.
- High-level participant in Move Team, charged with
moving entire company, including network and communications infrastructure,
to a newly constructed building.

Network Administrator
Administered enterprise-wide TCP/IP and IPX network
consisting of Novell NetWare 4.1, multi-vendor UNIX systems, PCs, and
Macintosh. Also responsible for electronic mail utilizing MS Mail and UNIX
mail, e-mail gateways, and CheckPoint Firewall-1 Internet firewall. Managed
and participated in multiple projects, provided Helpdesk support, and assisted
in complex desktop and notebook computer setups.
- Designed remote access solution utilizing Shiva
LANRover to enable communication with satellite offices and remote user
access.
- Implemented Voicetek Web site (off-site hosting)
and provided Web authoring tool and training to Marketing staff enabling
them to update Web pages as needed.

McAfee products which encompassed protection at both the server and
