Patrick Pentland is a great guy because he seems to be the most intelligent member of Sloan. He seems really quiet, and that's good. He's also a kick-ass guitar player and he has the best vocals out of all 4 of them.

Adele Lamphier
He wrote one of the best Sloan songs in my mind, Loosens. This may sounds really cheesy, but I cried at that song. And I love his sense of humour during interviews.

Dee Magdits
Patrick Pentland possesses one of the greatest voices in rock and roll to date. Not to mention those catchy guitar hooks. This guy deserves all of the success in the world.
